Customized Flexible Spring Steel Spiral And Durable Torsion Spring
Torsion springs belong to the category of spiral springs. Torsional springs can store and release angular energy or statically hold a device by rotating a moment arm about the central axis of the spring body. The end of the torsion spring is fixed to the other components, and as the other components rotate around the center of the spring, the spring pulls them back to their initial position, generating torque or rotational force.
Such springs are usually close-fitting, but the springs are spaced to reduce friction. They exert resistance to rotation or rotational forces. According to the application requirements, the design of torsion spring rotation (clockwise or counterclockwise), so as to determine the spring rotation.
Torsion spring production process:
spring wire → spring winding → low temperature stress relief annealing → high temperature degreasing → washing → dilute hydrochloric acid washing → washing → electric galvanizing (80 min) → washing → blanking → dehydrogenation treatment (200 ℃, 4 h) → feeding → washing → color passivation → washing → drying → blanking → inspeParameters:
